About the Event

Why we love & hate business elites in different cultures

Free webinar with Gabor Holch & Tijo Salverda

Wherever you work and whatever your job is, you currently contemplate, discuss or even diligently work for or against one of the following dynamics regarding people with authority at your team, firm or society:

  • A chosen leader or group of leaders can resolve other people's hardest problems and help them succeed.
  • Certain people with power and privilege resist change and deprive others of opportunities.
  • Talented and hard-working people try to have the same opportunities, power and influence as the elite, but aren't sure how.

At this free webinar, East-West Leadership consultant Gabor Holch and Cultural Anthropologist Tijo Salverda discuss very timely but often overlooked topics from Tijo's field of research: What are the roles, responsibilities and public image of elites in different societies, and what skills must business leaders improve to play those roles better, face criticism constructively, receive credit for their contributions and cooperate with all levels of their organisations for mutual benefit? Tijo and Gabor illustrate the topics with first-hand experiences in Europe, Africa and Asia.

This free webinar is held at a Zoom call whose details you will receive immediately on registration.
